FAQ

Still got questions? We’ve got answers.

Car Transport

1How long does it take to transport my car?
Most domestic transports take 2–5 days, while international deliveries can range from 5–10 days depending on distance and scheduling.
2Can I put personal items inside the car?
We recommend not placing personal items inside, as transport insurance typically covers the vehicle itself, not the contents. Small items may be accepted at your own risk.
3Do I need to drain fuel or remove the battery?
No full drain is required - just reduce the fuel to about 1/4 tank. The battery can remain connected unless otherwise requested.
4Is door-to-door delivery available?
Yes, whenever accessible by truck. If narrow streets or restrictions prevent direct access, we’ll arrange a nearby safe meeting point.

Motorcycle Transport

1How is a motorcycle secured during transport?
With wheel chocks, straps, and a stable platform to prevent movement.
2Do I need to drain fuel or remove the battery?
Low fuel level is recommended. Battery disconnection may be required for long transports.
3Is enclosed transport recommended for motorcycles?
Yes, especially for collector or premium bikes. Enclosed trailers protect against weather and debris.
4Can non-running motorcycles be transported?
Yes, using winches and handling equipment. Please inform us in advance.

Boat Transport

1What size or weight boats can you transport?
Small to medium vessels depending on trailer capacity. Oversize requires permits.
2Do I need to prepare the boat before transport?
Yes: secure or remove loose gear, drain tanks, fold/remove masts if possible.
3How do I book boat transport?
Provide dimensions, weight, pickup/delivery points, and dates. We prepare a custom quote.
4Do you handle marina-to-marina delivery?
Yes, if access and loading ramps are available.

General

Primarily Switzerland–EU routes, with door-to-door delivery where accessible.
2What documents do I need?
Vehicle registration (copy often sufficient), keys, and ID or authorization if a third party handles the handover.
3Can I track my transport?
Yes, drivers provide live updates and estimated times. Tracking availability depends on route.
4Do you transport damaged or non-running vehicles?
Yes, with advance notice. Special loading equipment will be used.

Booking & Payment

2What is the pickup/delivery time window?
Usually 2–4 hours. Drivers notify before arrival.
3What if the street is too narrow?
We arrange a nearby safe handover point.
4How is the vehicle condition documented?
With photos and a written condition report at pickup and delivery.

Clean it, photograph it, remove loose items, and secure accessories.
2Can I leave personal belongings inside?
Only small, secured items. No valuables, documents, or hazardous goods.
